Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. 

We try to deliver quality products to our customers. However, in case you received the products not in good condition (defective or damaged), you may return the products to us with an exchange or a refund. Please see below for more information on our return and refund policy. 

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within seven days after you received the products. All returned products must be in new and unused condition, with original packaging and labels attached. 

Return Process

To return a product, please contact our customer service at +62-8111441175 or info@enfinomics.id to inform about the return and to get the return address. 

You should include your proof of purchase in packing the returned products. 

Please note that the customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

Exchange and Refund

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the products, we will process your return.

Please allow at least seven days from the receipt of the products to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

The customers can opt to get an exchange or a refund.

If you opt to get a refund, you should provide us with your bank account number. 

Exceptions

Please note that sale products are final sale and cannot be returned.
